If the WFOS platform has the QuickBooks integration in place, it is possible to import the QuickBooks invoice number into WFOS after a successful transfer.  The QB invoice number would be visible within the Invoices tab under the Financials menu.

To enable this feature, have your QB Admin go into your QB software settings to confirm your Custom Transaction Numbers is disabled.  By being disabled, it will allow the QB Invoice number to be displayed within the Invoices tab under the Financials menu.

Within your QB Online platform:
  • Go to Account & Settings
  • Select Sales
  • Select the EDIT icon
  • Disable Custom Transaction Numbers
  • Select SAVE
