1. Prepare your standard template, paying attention to
the following:
a. Column headers should be easily compared to required
WFOS data points (i.e., date of service, start time, language, etc.).
b. Data spellings must match in instances where
pre-determined data is reflected in WFOS (i.e., language, department where
dropdown is in place, etc.).
c. Ensure any required data are included (i.e. custom
fields, requestor name, department, MRN, etc.).
2. From the Jobs menu bar, select Import Jobs.
3. Upload your excel file.
4. If not already in place, create Mapping Template.
a. Click in Mapping Template field and select Create
New Mapping.
b. Map the column headers from uploaded excel file
(right column) by selecting the appropriate WFOS data point (left column),
using the two middle data columns to guide you.
c. Enter Mapping Template name.
d. Select Save.

5. If already in place, select Mapping Template.
6. Select Next.
7. Correct any data by double clicking into the
highlighted fields.
8. Select Submit. A successful import will reveal a Job ID for each job created.
