Grid dashboard

The home page provides instant visibility to the current date’s schedule.  Columns may be dragged into preferred placement order and saved at the user level.  Key columns are as follow:

1.      ID– Job assignment or reference number

2.      Interpretation Date– Date & start time of requested service

3.      Estimated Duration– Expected duration

4.      Language

5.      Stage:

a.       Unassigned– needs interpreter assignment (not secured)

b.      Assigned– interpreter is secured, but services have not been rendered

c.       Missing activities– services have been rendered, but activities have not been submitted by interpreter

d.      Needs approval– interpreter has submitted activities, but administrator needs to approve

e.       Approved– Administrator has approved

f.        Invoiced but not paid– Billing completed, but payroll needs to be processed

g.       Paid but not invoiced– Payroll completed, but billing needs to be processed

h.      Invoiced and paid– Both billing and payroll completed

6.      Interpreter– Assigned interpreter(s)

7.      Status– Provides real-time status once interpreter initiates services

8.      Requested– Status of push notifications to interpreters

9.      Gender– Preference of interpreter gender

10.  Open since– Number of days since request was submitted

Right-side menu bar

1.      Columns– Select/deselect their preferred columns within the job assignment grid

2.      Calendar– Preview job assignments in calendar view by day, week, working week, or month

3.      Check Eligibility– Run a batch insurance eligibility check (if applicable)

4.      Export– Job assignment grid

5.      Refresh– Job assignment grid

Saved Searches (default):

1.      Today’s Jobs

2.      Unassigned Jobs

3.      Saved Filters: Lists of previously applied filters from the Search tab that were saved based on User’s preference.

 

  

Search: 

1.      User can select from a variety of criteria to filter data:

a.       Request information

b.      Consumer information

c.       Request type details

d.      Stage/Status

e.       Request location address

f.        Attribute/Tags

g.       Custom fields information

2.      If desired, user can save filtered criteria for future use by inputting the “Filter Name” and selecting the + sign.
