Agencies who partner with Propio Language Services for remote interpreting services can utilize on-demand services for pre-scheduled jobs that are not filled in time.
1. Create an interpreter profile as follows:
a. Name: Propio IIAS On-demand (or preferred name)
NOTE: Interpreter’s name will appear on your job grid,
which is visible by Client Users.

2. Request OnDemand Scheduling (IAAS) from your
Propio WFOS Team. They will need to
configure updates to your site from the backend.
3. Once the Propio WFOS Team has completed your IAAS
setup, create a test job for VRI or OPI services.
a. Place your email as the participant email, so
you can receive the zoom link.
b. Assign the job to your IAAS On-demand interpreter.
c. You may join the call up to ten minutes prior to
the scheduled start time.
d. Follow the promptings to join the Zoom call.
e. Once the interpreter has connected, the session will
start.
f. Once the call has ended, the job request will
update with the start/end time activity.
