Objective:  The Timeline view allows User to identify interpreter status throughout the day.

Access:  From the Jobs menu bar, select the Timeline option.


 

Navigation

·         You will automatically land on the current date & time.

·         Scroll right/left to see the interpreter’s status throughout the day.

Interpreter Status Categories

Authorized Admin Users can add status update categories for interpreters to update by logging into their interpreter web portal.

·         From the Administration menu bar, select Maintain Company.

·         Navigate to the Interpreter Settings panel.

·         Enter the status category and select (+) to add.

·         Select the color block to adjust the color.

·         Select Save (top right).

Interpreters will be able to update their current status via the mobile app with the upcoming release of v3.8 by selecting the status dropdown under the Agency name.
