Within a job request, the INTERPRETER tab will provide a list of all interpreters that meet the required qualifications specified for the job (i.e., language, availability, qualifications, gender, etc.).  In the event the Admin does not see a specific interpreter:

·         Enter the Interpreter’s name in the “Why is this job not appearing for” field and select Go.

·         Review highlighted reason(s) why Interpreter does not qualify and take action accordingly.

In this example, the Interpreter is indicated as not having access to service Onsite services.  The Admin would need to update the Interpreter’s profile by enabling onsite services from the Language tab.  Once completed, the Admin can refresh the job request and proceed with assigning the job.

Troubleshooting

If the Admin determines correct criteria is keeping the Interpreter from appearing as a qualified resource, the Admin can override the system by adjusting the filters located to the left within the Interpreter tab of the job request (i.e., booked, qualifications, gender, etc.).

The Admin should also confirm if the Interpreter has been banned by the Client or Consumer (LEP), which would require the ban to be removed to proceed.
