Interpreter Rate Plans can be utilized to set rates based on interpreter tier levels as opposed to setting interpreter rates based on individual negotiated contract rates.

Authorized Admin Users can manage rate plans from the Rate Plans tab.

Rates Overrides_Maintain Activity/Rates (Administration menu)

Authorized Admin Users can manage Interpreter Rate Plan by selecting the activity’s Edit icon.  As discussed in the Maintain Activiy/Rates overview, exceptions can be created to override the default (grey) line within the rate table.  Exceptions may be based on the Interpreter, Rate Plan, Language, Customer (location), or Bill To (parent).


In the example below, we find the interpreter will have the indicated pay rate based on the job assignment specification:

  1. $28.00 by default (grey default line)
  2. $25.00 for standard hours, but $20.00 within minimum 2 hours for Spoken Tier 1 Rate; specific to Rate Plan
  3. $25.00 for Spoken Tier 2; specific to Rate Plan
  4. $45.00 for French; specific to Language

  5. Bill To (parent)
