Interpreter Settings

Job Reminder Settings

NOTE:  Revisions require a server restart, which can be requested through Support, or automatically completed during the next scheduled release.

A list of jobs for the same/next day will be sent at the designated time.

- For a list of jobs for the same day, the time should be set between 12:01 AM and 12:00 PM
- For a list of jobs for the next day, the time should be set between 12:01 PM and 11:59 PM.

Send email reminder to interpreter about missing actuals after

Designate the number of days following an assignment with missing actuals that a notification listing all jobs missing actuals will be delivered to the interpreter.  The notification is sent at midnight.

Send email reminder to interpreter about job before

Designate number of hours an email notification should be sent to the interpreter prior to the start time of an assigned job.  Place a 0 to deactivate this feature.

Send SMS reminder to interpreter about job before

Designate the number of hours an SMS notification should be sent to the interpreter prior to the start time of an assigned job.  Place a 0 to deactivate this feature.

Send push notification reminders to interpreter about job before

Indicate number of hours to send a push notification reminder of a job assignment via mobile app.

Daily Excel Reports Settings
