Custom fields allow global intake questions to be part of all job assignment submissions (all clients).
NOTE: Custom fields for client specific requirements can
be added at the Client level.
Adding a Custom Field
1. Select
the Add New (+) from bottom right
2. Complete
the required fields:
a. Field Name – What intake should be collected?
b. Field Type – Checkbox, Date, Number, Dropdown, or
Text
c. Field Value – If Dropdown field type is selected, select
the specific dropdown already in place or create a custom dropdown.
Adjusting a Custom Field

Edit
– Make any revisions necessary, save, and close.
