Customer Filters

Allows Customer accounts to be identified to allow Administrators to quickly identify sensitive accounts (i.e., Preferred, Top 10, etc.), which is visible from the job grid.

1.      Select the Add New (+) from bottom right

2.      Enter required fields:

a.       Description– Name of tier group

b.      Sort order– List order preference

c.       Open Jobs Wait Time– Indicate the number of hours before job opportunity is presented to interpreters to accept/decline.

 

Insurance Companies

Allows a list of approved insurance companies to be available within the Consumer card (database).

 

1.      Select the Add New (+) from bottom right

2.      Enter required fields:

a.       Insurance Name– Name of insurance company

b.      Active – Yes/No

NOTE:  An insurance company cannot be removed once it has been selected for a Consumer.  Therefore, you can make it inactive if it is no longer approved.

 

Rate Plans

Allows interpreters to be categorized based on rate plans, which can then be utilized with rate overrides.

1.      Select the Add New (+) from bottom right

2.      Enter required fields:

a.       Description– Name of tier group

b.      Sort order– List order preference

c.      Open Jobs Wait Time – Indicate the number of hours before job opportunity is presented to interpreters to accept/decline.


Interpreter Groups

Allows interpreters to be categorized based on specified group(s), which can then be designated within the Interpreter’s profile and Maintain Company under Interpreter Settings, escalation policy.

1.      Select the Add New (+) from bottom right

2.      Enter required fields:

a.       Description– Name of tier group

b.      Sort order– List order preference

c.      Open Jobs Wait Time – Indicate the number of hours before job opportunity is presented to interpreters to accept/decline.
