Allows authorized Admins to add/adjust language settings.
Adding a language
1. Select the Add New (+) from bottom right
2. Enter the required fields
a. Language: As you would like it to appear throughout
the platform.
b. Code: Short-hand name format, which can be used in
reporting.
c. Calendar Color: Appears in the Calendar View job
grid (optional).
d. Group: Optional group feature (optional) used in overrides.
3. Select Add Language

On-Demand / SMS Reminders
SMS Reminders, if feature enabled, sends message via SMS to
Consumer.
1. Select the hamburger menu (top-right
of the grid)
NOTE: From here you can (un)hide columns
2. Select On-Demand/SMS Reminders
3. Select/Filter the language to be
updated
4. Enter message in the target language
