This feature allows an Administrator to broadcast
messages to all user types (Admin, Scheduler, Client, or Interpreter) upon
their next login. The user can then
elect to review it then, or set it to “remind me later” upon their next login.
Creating a Message Broadcast
1. Select
the Add New (+) from bottom right
2. Enter
required fields:
a. Title– Subject
b. User types– User type you want message to deliver to.
c. Effective date– When should the message be delivered.
d. Expiration date– When should the message be removed (at midnight on date of expiration)
e. Message tab– Content to be delivered.
f. Action label– If user should be redirected to another site, indicate what the clickable
button should be displayed as (i.e., Click to Learn).
g. Action link– If user should be redirected to another site, indicate the site URL.

Reviewing a
Message Broadcast
Admins can review statistics on active message
broadcasts.

b. Review Responses tab– Lists responses from individual users
