Tags can be added to a request to allow the user to filter to jobs based on the tag (similar to using a key word). Tags can also be utilized to control activities associated with a job.
Tag Types
1. Request - Refers to activities associated with a job
assignment.
2. Voided
Reasons – Allows voided jobs to be tracked for reporting purposes.
3. Unassigned
Reasons – Allows unassigned jobs to be tracked for reporting purposes.
4. Color
Tags – Provides a color tag on the job grid.
Adding a Request,
Voided, or Unassigned Tag
1. Select the Add New (+) from bottom right
2. Enter the required fields:
a. Name
b. Description or purpose
c. Type: Default, Voided Reason, or Unassigned Reason
d. Sort: Where should it be positioned within Activity
list (0 indicates top of list)
e. Select all Interpreter Activities that should be
associated (leave blank to select all)
f. Select all Customers that should be associated
(leave blank to select all)
g. Select Add Tag
3. Review existing tags from the grid:
a. Click column headers to sort
b. Double click any field to edit
c. Select “View” to review activity/customer selections
d. Select X to delete
NOTE: The
system will not delete tags that have been utilized in the past.
Adding a Color Tag
1. Select the Add New (+) from bottom right
2. Double click to edit
3. Enter the description
4. Enter the sort order
