Pre-setup Access
Maintain
Users -
Each authorized Administrator User will need permission to access the Widget
Form. The exception would be in the event SSO via intranet is in place (typically used by non-language service providers).
1. Select
Maintain Users under the Administration menu bar
2. Select
the user
3. Access
the drop-down menu access for Administration (right-side panel)
4. For Maintain Widget Form, select “Visible” and “Enabled” to ensure they are
highlighted green for authorized user
5. Select
SAVE

Maintain
Company -
The Widget Form feature will need to be enabled.
1. Select
Maintain Company under the Administration menu bar
2. Navigate
to the Advance Settings panel
3. Enable
the “Allow Embedded Widget” by selecting YES
4. Click
to copy the Widget Code to your IT Specialist, so they can embed it
within your secured intranet site.
NOTE: The
Widget Code provides the login screen.

Customizing the
Request Form
Maintain Widget Form
1. Required
fields for processing an assignment:
a. Client Name
b. Language
c. Service Date & Start Time
2. Field
names (left-side panel) will match your company label settings as set by your
Super User Administrator.
3. Form
Design (right-side panel) can be altered as follows:
a.
Inserts up to 3
text fields below
b.
Remove the entire
row
c. RESET resets
the form to default settings
d. CANCEL voids
changes made
e. DELETE ALL will remove all non-required fields
f. SAVE to
accept changes
Customization
1. Select
Maintain Widget Form under the Administration menu bar.
2. Move
entire rows by dragging up/down.
3. Insert
blank rows below an existing row.
4. Drag
left text field to right blank field. Duplicate fields are not allowed.
5. Select SAVE.

Providing Access to
Client Users
As the Agency, you can allow your Clients access to
the Widget Form as an alternative to logging into your WFOS Scheduling platform
as a Client User by either embedding the Widget Form link on your website or
providing the link directly.
Your agency link would be formatted as follows:
1. Take your WFOS site link (i.e. Demo.lspware.com)
2. Add "/AddJob.html" at the end of the website address
(i.e. Demo.lspware.com/AddJob.html)
NOTE: All users would be
required to login with their Client User credentials to ensure they are
authorized to submit job requests.
