Push notifications compliment the interpreter mobile app and
are included with the WFOS platform at no additional charge.
Notifications are automatically sent for change in date,
time, location, cancellation, reinstatement, and reminders.
In the example below, Job Request 63 had a cancellation and reinstatement
followed by a 24-hour reminder (see Company Settings). Push notifications were provided, which when
selected, directed the Interpreter to the Alert tab of their mobile app.

NOTE: Job opportunities can be reviewed from the
OPEN tab of the Interpreter mobile app or web browser portal.
Troubleshooting
Not receiving push notifications? Confirm the permissions for push
notifications are enabled for the Interpreter Mobile App:
· Right click app icon and select App info
· Select Notifications
· Enable All AtriumMobile notifications
