Automation Rules Overview
Automation rules are predefined settings that trigger specific actions when a job request is created.
How to Create Automation Rules
Setting Up a New Rule
When creating a new automation rule, there are two key components to define:
- Conditions: The criteria that trigger the rule.
- Actions: The actions performed when the conditions are met.
Currently, the Language condition is available. Based on the selected language, interpreters listed in the Actions field will receive a job notification. Notifications can be sent via:
- Email
- Push notification
- SMS (if SMS is enabled for your WFOS site).
Example
In the screenshot above, if a job request is created for the Konkani language, the system will automatically send an "Accept/Decline" offer to interpreters eligible for that job. These interpreters can be a partner agency, Interpreter/Translator, Agency interpreters.
