The Job Transfer to Referring Agency feature allows Partner Agencies (PA) to seamlessly transfer job requests to their linked Referring Agencies (RA). This eliminates the need for manual job recreation on the RA's side and ensures all active and serviced job data is synchronized and accurately reflected within the RA's WorkforceOS site.

STEPS:

Enable the Transfer Job Feature
  • Ensure your WFOS site is configured to use the RA/PA feature with a linked Referring Agency.
Create a Job Request
  • While creating a job request, enable the ‘Transfer Job to Referring Agency’ checkbox.
Select Billing and Location Details
  You will be prompted to:
  • Select the BillTo: This should correspond to the linked RA.
  • Choose the Location: This will display the list of active locations from the RA’s WFOS site.
Finalize and Transfer the Job
  Once the details are filled in and the job request is created, the system will:
  • Automatically send the job to the Referring Agency.
  • Establish a link between the job in the PA and RA systems.
Continue with the Workflow

After the job is created and a PA interpreter is assigned, the existing RA-to-PA workflow will proceed as usual.

Notes:

  • The BillTo and Location must be accurately selected to ensure proper job transfer.
  • This feature is available only when the WFOS site is configured to use the RA/PA functionality.

  • If PA/PA feature is turned on for your site, please go into 'Administration' -> 'Maintain Company' -> 'Job Settings' to ensure the transfer setting is turned on.
