SMS
notifications may be sent to interpreters and/or participants based on Company
Settings controlled by authorized Admin Users. The assigned SMS Number, which the recipient will receive the SMS
notification from, can be located within Maintain SMS Templates under the
Administration menu.

1. Select the dial icon with “Phone” text. This is the app used to make phone calls.
2. Click on the ellipse menu and select Settings to
open the phone app settings.
3. Select Blocked Numbers.
4. Select the number you want to unblock and
confirm.
iPHONE
1. Open the Settings app and select Messages.
2. Select Blocked Contacts under the SMS/MMS
section.
3. Locate the number to be unblocked and swipe
left.
4. Select Unblock and confirm.
