Objective:  Maintain SMS Templates allows authorized Admin Users to customize default SMS notifications to Interpreters and/or Participants.

Access:  From the Administration menu bar, select the Maintain SMS Templates option.


Note:  An additional fee for SMS may apply.  See contract for more details or contact your Client Success Manager.

 

Categories

·         Audit – Provides update to Interpreter.

·         Cancellation – Provides cancellation/void notification to Interpreter.

·         Login – Provides MFA notification to User.

·         Offer – Provides Accept/Decline confirmation to Interpreter.

·         Reminders – Provides job reminder notification to Interpreter and/or Participants.

Edit SMS

·         Select EDIT.

·         Make changes accordingly.

·         Placeholders, which pull data detail from the job request, may be selected from the Placeholders drop down.

·         Select Save.

Preview SMS

·         Select PREVIEW.

·         Enter mobile number, including area code, and job request number.

·         Select Apply to preview replaced placeholders with job specific details.

·         Select Send SMS to send the template to the mobile number for final preview.

SMS Subscription Options
The recipient may opt to unsubscribe and re-subscribe to SMS messages by replying, “STOP” or “START” accordingly.  The recipient will receive an automatic reply confirming they have unsubscribed or re-subscribed to messages.
