The Workforce OS Scheduling platform allows agencies to provide interpreter portal access to their clients. Access permissions can be granted by authorized Admin Users through under the Administration menu; Maintain Users.
Key Administration details to consider:
- Settings within Maintain Company menu will indicate if:
- Qualified Interpreter can see jobs automatically once the job has been created
- Qualified Interpreter can self-assign if they are the first to accept
- Interpreter has visibility to payment details
- Settings with the Maintain User menu will indicate if interpreter can see job opportunities within a specific date range (i.e., 365, 30, or 14 days out).
