Interpreters may be assigned within an Interpreter Group, which can then be configured to send opportunities to Interpreters at scheduled times based on their Interpreter Group.  This allows Interpreters to be prioritized accordingly.


Interpreter Group

 

From the Administrative menu, authorized Admin users can navigate to Maintain Dropdowns.

1.      Select the Interpreter Groups tab.

2.     Select the Add (+) icon and enter the following:

Alternatively, select the Edit icon to adjust an existing Group.

b.      Sort Order

c.       Open Jobs Wait Time (Hours)

3.      Select Save.

Interpreter Profile

 From the Interpreter Database, authorized Admin users can navigate to the Interpreter’s profile.


1.      Select the Payment Info tab.

2.      Select the Interpreter Group.

3.      Select Save.

NOTE:  Interpreters who are not assigned to an Interpreter Group will be sent an opportunity immediately following the job submission.



Escalation Policy

 From the Administrative menu, authorized Admin users can navigate to Maintain Company.


1.      Locate the Interpreter Settings panel.

2.      Enable Apply Escalation Policy (YES).

3.      Select Save.
