Interpreter
Group
From
the Administrative menu, authorized Admin users can navigate to Maintain
Dropdowns.
1. Select
the Interpreter Groups tab.
2. Select
the Add (+) icon and enter the following:
a. Description
b. Sort
Order
c. Open
Jobs Wait Time (Hours)
3. Select
Save.

– Send immediately following job submission |

Interpreter Profile
From
the Interpreter Database, authorized Admin users can navigate to the
Interpreter’s profile.
1. Select
the Payment Info tab.
2. Select
the Interpreter Group.
3. Select
Save.
NOTE: Interpreters who are not assigned to an
Interpreter Group will be sent an opportunity immediately following the job
submission.
Escalation Policy
From
the Administrative menu, authorized Admin users can navigate to Maintain
Company.
1. Locate
the Interpreter Settings panel.
2. Enable
Apply Escalation Policy (YES).
3. Select
Save.
