Allows authorized Admins to enable/disable email templates as well as revise content.

 

Customizing Email Templates

1.      Enable/Disable by clicking On/Off toggle

2.      Preview allows Admin users to review a draft notification

a.       Select PREVIEW

b.      Enter a job ID

c.       Select an interpreter

d.      Select APPLY

3.      Edit allows Admin users to revise the content of the template

a.       Select EDIT

b.      Remove placeholders by deleting them

c.       Add placeholders by selecting one from the drop down within that section

NOTE:  Multiple placeholder emails can be included by placing a comma (,) between each placeholder.  You may also hardcode email addresses if preferred.

d.      Revise content of notification

e.       Select SAVE

TIP:  It is recommended you preview any changes immediately after saving to ensure you approve the final content.

 

Understanding Placeholders / Blocks

1.      Placeholders pull information throughout the platform, such as:

a.       Company– your organization information found under Maintain Company

b.      Requestor/Contact – your client’s information as indicated within the job request

c.       Interpreter – as indicated within the job request

d.      Job details– as indicated within the job request

2.      Blocks allow a single template to present multiple settings, which will be executed according to the type of service for the job request. 



Understanding Consumer Language Specific Templates

Email templates with the SENT TO indicated for Consumers or Participants can be delivered in the target language as indicated on the consumer card or job requests.

1. Select EDIT on the template.
2. Type the language in the “Add a Language” text field in the top right corner.
3. Create your template in the target language and select SAVE.

NOTE:  You will be responsible for placing the message content in the target language.  The WFOS platform does not automatically translate your message from English to the target language.
