Standard reports are made available by default to the Workforce OS scheduling platform. 

Custom report requests may be submitted to Support@LSPWare.com for a one-time development fee.  Submit a mock of the requested report to receive a quote for approval.

Reports are available once User has been granted access by an authorized Administrator from the Maintain User menu.  Have your Administrator confirm your permissions if you are not able to access a specific report.

Processing a Report

1.      Select the report

2.      Complete parameters if applicable and select view report

3.      Save or export report in the preferred format (excel, pdf, doc, ppt)

 

NOTE: 

User access should be limited to one web browser when processing reports.  Meaning, the user should only have one active login running under their login.

 

Data should populate instantly.  However, the system may take up to a minute to process, depending on the complexity and date range of the requested data.  Please allow time to process before requesting again or refreshing.
