Authorized Administrators will need to process approvals for each job to allow invoicing and payroll to be completed.

 

 Individual Job Approval

1.      From the job grid, filter to the preferred date range for jobs indicating a “Needs Approval” stage.

2.      Select the job to be reviewed and navigate to the Actuals tab.

3.      Add activities accordingly.

NOTE:  Interpreters have the option to enter their activities via the mobile app or interpreter web portal, which is made accessible with activity/tag configurations.

4.      Suggested reviews include the following, but not limited to:

a.       Scheduled vs actual start/end times submitted

b.      End time vs client signature submission time

c.       Cost/Bill units/amounts

d.      Notes

5.      Revise Cost/Bill units, if necessary, which will automatically adjust the cost/bill amounts.

6.      Select Override Amt if an amount override is necessary

7.      Select Approved & Save

 

Bulk Approvals

1.      From the Financials menu, select Bulk Approvals.

2.      Filter to preferred date range & other settings and select Search.

NOTE:  Bypassing the filters and selecting Search will yield all jobs requiring approval.

3.     Select the Expand icon to review the following per job:

a.     Activity (represented individually)

b.     Scheduled vs actual start/end times submitted

c.      Cost/Bill units/amounts

NOTE:  To review the job details, click the Job (Request) link.  From the Actuals tab, you can make changes if necessary.

4.     Select the check box below Expand/Collapse icons to select all or select individual activities to be approved. 

5.     Select Approved.
