Processing payroll, for the purpose of this
document, is document payments to be made based on approvals. This data can then be exported to process
through your preferred payroll system (i.e., QuickBooks, ADP, Paycom,
etc.). The WFOS platform does not submit
actual payments on your behalf.
Paystubs can be emailed to the interpreter(s) and documented
within the interpreter’s profile for their visibility.

Selecting
Jobs to be Paid (right panel)
1. From the Financials menu, select Pay Interpreters.
2. Filter to the preferred date range and preferred
data and select Search.
NOTE: Bypassing the
filters and selecting Search will yield all payroll requiring processing.
3. Choose one of the following to process the payroll:
a. Select the check box t the top right to select all,
or
b. Select each job activity to be paid.
Processing Jobs to be Paid
(left panel)
1. Review the total amount selected to be processed as
payroll (mid-right panel).
2. Enter message to be displayed on check stub
(optional).
3. Indicate if paystub should be emailed to interpreters.
4. Indicate if payroll should be sent to QuickBooks (requires
QB integration).
5. Select Create Check Request.
Reviewing
Paystubs
1. From the Financials menu, select Pay
Interpreters.
2. Filter to the preferred date range
and preferred data, check “include Paid,” and select Search.
NOTE: Using the Interpreter search field is recommended to locate
specific interpreter.
3. Select the paystub link to generate
a pdf of the paystub.
Adjusting
Payroll
1. Locate the paystub as indicated in the Review Paystub
section.
2. Select the void check request icon.
3. Select OK to confirm you want to void the check
request.
4. Make adjustments from the Actuals tab within the job
request and reprocess the payroll when ready.
