Agency Interpreters can be granted access to submit activities from the Interpreter Assignment Email.

 

Maintain Email Templates

Authorized Admin Users will need to update the Job Assigned Email to Interpreter template(s) as follows:

·         From the BLOCKS dropdown, add Block for Agency.

·         Within the Block for Agency, add the Add Activities Button from the PLACEMENT dropdown.

Job Assignment

The Interpreter’s name and email address should be entered once the Agency Interpreter has been assigned, so the Interpreter will receive the Job Assigned Email to Interpreter notification.

Activity Submission

By selecting the Add Activities button, the Interpreter will be directed to a web portal to enter the activity associated with the assignment email.

  •  Select the "Arrived" button to record the arrived time
  •  Select (+) Activity.
  •  Select Activity from drop down.
  • Enter Start/End times and select Save.

NOTE:

Arrival time will be the time when the interpreter clicked on the Arrived Button.

Finish time will default to the latest time provided from submitted activities.

Admin Users will have immediate access once activities have been submitted.  Interpreters have the ability to add new activities or edit previously submitted activities until the assignment has been approved by the Admin User.
