Agency Interpreter contact details may be submitted as a bulk job import in the event a Partner Agency is not available.  This correlates directly with the Agency Interpreter Activity Submissions overview.



Export the list of jobs for the Agency

  • From the job grid, filter to the job(s) that have been assigned to the Agency Interpreter.
  • Right click within the job grid and export to excel.
  • Add two columns:
    • Assigned Interpreter Name
    • Assigned Interpreter Email
  • Send to the Interpreter Agency, requesting the assigned Interpreter's name and email be added.



Bulk Job Import for Agency Interpreter Updates
  • Confirm the assigned interpreter’s name and email have been added to your bulk job import file
  • From the Jobs menu, select Import Jobs
  • Drag & drop or upload your file
  • Select your mapping template. 
    First time users will need to create a mapping template - as shown below:  Image Placeholder

  • Select Next
  • Check for errors and make corrections as needed
  • Select Submit
  • Review confirmation and select Done

  • The assigned Agency Interpreter will receive an email that will allow them to submit activities as discussed in the Agency Interpreter Activity Submission overview.
