All e-notifications from the WFOS platform are sent from workforceos.lspware.com.
All recipients (Interpreters, Clients, and Participants) should be made aware to ensure they do not mistake notifications as spam. If desired, your Company Name can be added to the subject line. This can be completed by an authorized Admin from Maintain Email Templates.
Use the following instructions in the event a recipient indicates they are not receiving their notifications.
Interpreter Profile
· Go to the Interpreter’s profile to confirm if
there is an Email Spam warning (as shown below).
· If so, the Interpreter should go to their email
carrier settings to remove workforceos.lspware.com from their spam list (see instructions
below for common carriers).
· Once the Interpreter has updated their settings,
an Admin User should select Remove Email as Spam. This removes the Interpreter’s email from the
suppression list.

Client Users
Client Users, including participants, should review their email settings to confirm
workforceos.lspware.com is not indicated as spam.
Update Email Settings
Click the specific email carrier below for instructions
to unblock an email address from spam. If you utilize another carrier, please review their guidelines for unblocking email addresses.
