For security reasons, all Admin Users with access to Maintain menus are required to login with multifactor authentication (MFA). All other Users may be required if indicated within the Maintain Company settings.
Initial Login
1. Login with temporary credentials.
2. Update password.

3. Select MFA preference, enter new credentials,
and enter login.
4. Retrieve MFA code, enter, and select Verify
& Sign.

Troubleshooting
· Check your spam inbox for the email from workforceos.lspware.com.
· Check with your IT Support to ensure emails from workforceos.lspware.com are not blocked.
· Request an authorized Admin to reset your MFA by going to
Maintain Users.
